Order Requirements:
For all orders, the shipping and billing address must match. Orders over $700 are subject to verification for security purposes.
Shipping & Processing Time:
Same-Day Processing: Weekday orders placed before 3PM ET/12PM PT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Based on hair we have in stock.

                    Overnight shipping if ordered before 3PM ET on the day of shipment.
Processing Times for Custom Products:
✦ Custom Wig Units: 2-4 week processing time from the date of purchase. Once completed, tracking information will be sent within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description or email confirmation.
✦ Bundles, Tape-Ins, and Lace: Up to 14 days processing time.
✦ Ready-to-Ship Orders: Tracking will be sent within 3 business days of order completion.
Shipping Responsibility:
